We have been letting one bedroom flats since 2003 and as we have a very low turnover of tenants we know we must be doing something right.

We aim to provide good quality flats which are up to and exceeding the current safety standards for Health and Safety.  Fire and Smoke detection alarms are fitted and checked regularly. Gas and Electricity safety checks are carried out in accordance with current UK legislation.

Not only have we just constructed three brand new one bedroom flats which will shortly be available to let, we have also carried out substantial improvements to all our existing flats for the comfort of our tenants.
